Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using Lomio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Lomio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Lomio is an AI Short Drama Operating System. It provides AI-assisted creative tools — including script generation, storyboard generation, video generation, LoRA / character identity tools, marketplace templates, workspace collaboration, AI production workflows, and cloud asset storage — alongside optional paid features such as subscriptions and credit packs.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Lomio is workspace-first. Workspaces are administered by their owners and admins, who control membership, roles, billing, and data lifecycle within the workspace. By joining a workspace you agree that the workspace administrators may access workspace content and configure permissions according to their internal policies.

You retain ownership of original content you provide to Lomio (your "Input"). You grant Lomio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and process your Input solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you and your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions necessary for any Input you provide.

Lomio uses third-party AI models and infrastructure to produce generated content ("Output"). Output may be similar or identical to output generated for other users; we make no representation that Output is unique to you. The ownership and use of Output may depend on applicable law and on the terms of the underlying AI model and provider. You are responsible for reviewing Output and for your decision to publish, distribute, or otherwise use it.

Lomio provides AI-assisted creative production tools and does not provide legal advice or guaranteed copyright clearance.

You agree to use Lomio responsibly. You will not:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of Lomio.
• Attempt to bypass technical limits, rate limits, billing controls, or safety systems.
• Use Lomio to harass, defame, threaten, or harm others.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person.

You may not use Lomio to create or distribute:

• Illegal content under applicable law.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Sexually exploitative content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Content that depicts real people in defamatory, deceptive, or non-consensual sexual contexts.
• Content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or targeted harassment.
• Malware, spam, or content that abuses the service.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or adult content of any kind. This includes such content as input, prompt, output, dataset, character, LoRA, or marketplace asset, whether produced manually or generated by an AI model on the platform.
• Bypassing, weakening, or attempting to bypass the platform's content moderation or safety controls.

The Lomio platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Lomio or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you in or to the platform.

Lomio may offer a marketplace through which creators and teams can publish or install templates, prompts, characters, LoRAs, workflows, or related assets. Marketplace publishers warrant that they have all rights to the content they publish and that such content does not infringe third-party rights. Buyers receive a non-exclusive license to use installed marketplace content within Lomio as described in the listing. Specific marketplace terms may be presented at the point of publishing or purchase.

Paid plans, credit packs, and other purchases are billed through our payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize the charging of applicable fees. Credits may be consumed when generation tasks are executed; consumption rates depend on the task type, model, and resources used.

Failed tasks may be eligible for credit restoration as described in the Refund Policy.

Lomio integrates with third-party services (such as AI model providers, payment processors, cloud storage, analytics, and monitoring). Your use of those services may be subject to the third party's own terms. Lomio is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

We strive to keep Lomio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend accounts or workspaces engaged in abuse or violations.

You may stop using Lomio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe such action is needed to protect Lomio, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use Lomio ceases; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

LOMIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT GENERATED OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOMIO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lomio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Lomio, your Input or Output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Lomio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
